We are currently looking for a Project Manager for a government agency assignment.

Assignment Description

The agency is seeking a senior project manager to support the structuring, planning, and execution of a large-scale staff relocation. The assignment includes tasks requiring knowledge of floor plans and the placement of a large number of employees.

You should be communicative, self-driven, and have a strong ability to drive the work forward in close dialogue with relevant stakeholders. Experience in coordinating similar assignments, as well as a good understanding of the processes involved in large office relocations, is highly meritorious. Furthermore, you should be accustomed to working with risk assessments and be able to plan, lead, and participate in the meetings and check-ins required before, during, and after the move to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation. You will also need to understand the work from a security perspective. The work involves several moves for approximately 1,000 people, and you will be part of the IT department's secretariat for this assignment.

Essential Requirements

At least 9 years of experience in project management.
Experience working on projects within the public sector that the client considers equivalent.
Documented experience with assignments related to large office/staff relocations.
Documented experience working with risk assessments.

Meritorious Qualifications

Experience working in security-classified operations.
Experience working within the judicial system.
Experience working within the public sector.
