On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a business-oriented Key Account Manager. This is a consultancy role where you will have the opportunity to work in a high-tech environment with a focus on long-term and global partnerships.

About the role

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for managing and expanding business relationships with some of the company's most important customers. You will act as the bridge between customer needs and the company's technical solutions, where your ability to navigate complex organizations will be crucial.

Your responsibilities will include

• Managing the entire sales process, from strategic planning to closing and follow-up.
• Conducting qualified negotiations at an international level.
• Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure delivery precision and customer satisfaction.
• Actively working in ERP and CRM systems to structure and forecast business flows.

We are looking for someone with

• A university degree (at least 3 years) in engineering or economics.
• At least 3 years of experience working within the manufacturing industry.
• Documented experience in negotiation techniques and international business relations.
• Technical understanding combined with a strong business and market economic compass.
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience from the automotive industry or project management.
• Additional language skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
