Are you an experienced Purchaser who wants to help strengthen our work within Category and Purchasing for EMV (Own Brands) while developing the restaurant industry together with us?

At Martin & Servera, we deliver food, beverages, and services to restaurants and institutional kitchens across Sweden. In the role of EMV Coordinator, you play a key role in driving, strengthening, and developing Martin & Servera's own brands by leading EMV projects and conducting tests on our own products.

Your main tasks.

• Lead EMV projects, which involves a lot of internal communication but also with suppliers and design agencies
• As test leader, be responsible for our test kitchen, cooking, and sensory testing
• Responsible for test protocols and ordering samples for testing.
• Responsible for EMV kick-off meetings with several internal stakeholders
• Coordinate support functions in daily work

Important for the job to suit you.

You are experienced in working with purchasing both strategically and operationally in both Swedish and English.

To succeed in the role, we also believe that you:

• Have good knowledge of cooking, preferably as a chef or with sensory work experience
• Have project management experience
• Good computer skills, especially in the Office package
• We appreciate previous experience from the grocery or foodservice industry
• Fluent in English in speech and writing
