Customer Service at Sellpy
As our next colleague in the customer service team, you will have an important role in helping our customers in the Swedish market. We have customers who both buy and sell second-hand products, and our team is responsible for supporting them in both areas via chat, phone, and email. At Sellpy, we handle a vast amount of unique items, which will give you a deeper understanding of customer service within the future's circular trade.
In the role, you will
- Create customer satisfaction for buyers and sellers across a broad spectrum of customer cases.
- Resolve customer issues via chat, phone, and/or email.
- Learn about second-hand commerce in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of items.
- Contribute to improving our service based on customer feedback.
- Participate in developing our customer service processes.
Qualifications
- A structured approach to work and a proven ability to proactively create good customer experiences.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- You are proficient in English, both spoken and written, which is the language we use internally.
- A drive to find good solutions and you enjoy developing the experience for our customers.
Preferred qualifications
- Additional language skills (Finnish, Danish, or German).
- Experience from a customer service role in a similar environment to Sellpy.
- Experience in customer service via chat, phone, and email.
- An interest in second-hand goods.

Location: Medborgarplatsen, with the possibility to work from home on certain designated days.
Employment type: Full-time, permanent position with a 6-month probation period. Please note that this position is not suitable as a part-time job or summer job as we are looking for someone who wants to work full-time with us.
Start date: According to agreement, preferably during July or August.
