Molnet Personal Assistance is a provider of personal assistance for individuals entitled to personal assistance under LSS (The Law on Support and Service for Certain Disability Impairments). Our operations are characterized by flexible solutions with high quality, accessibility, and a strong commitment to both clients and assistants.

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable temporary substitutes for our clients requiring personal assistance.

As a personal assistant, you work in the client's home and local environment to provide support in daily life. The tasks may vary depending on the client's needs but often involve assisting with personal care, communication, mobility, activities, and household chores. You work in close collaboration with the client and are an important part of their life and independence.

You should be a person who is sensitive, positive, empathetic, secure, and calm, with a strong commitment to the profession of personal assistance. Being flexible and available is seen as a great advantage.

It is important that you understand the importance of being professional in your role. You should also be responsible, able to work independently, and solve tasks on your own in consultation with the client.

The positions vary in scope, and working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, night, and weekends depending on the client's needs. Full-time, part-time, and hourly positions are available.
