We are a unit with 54 places located nicely in a newly built residential area in Tullinge. We have both somatically ill patients and people with dementia distributed across six wards.

About the role

You are the hub around the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring medical orders are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations.

Collaboration and support

You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you give each resident the best possible life. In this job, you work closely with the facility's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily work.

Getting to know the residents

Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and disease conditions are often crucial for correct assessments and decisions.

Clear routines

To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easy-to-implement routines, policy documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.

As a new nurse with us, you participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure you receive a clear introduction with the goal of quickly getting into the work and our routines.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a registered nurse, and we would like you to have worked a few years within elderly care. Our residents are often multi-morbid, which requires that you have broad knowledge about different diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
