About the Role

This is a full-time consulting assignment initially lasting approximately five months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site. Working hours are Monday to Friday with a rotating schedule between 07:00–20:30.

Responsibilities

In the role of Experience Host, you will play a central part in the daily operations of the office. The work is largely mobile, and you will spend most of your day out in the workspace, continuously identifying and addressing needs. You will work closely with both colleagues and clients, contributing to a smooth working environment that maintains high standards. The role requires significant autonomy, yet you must be a team player in a collaborative environment.

You are responsible for creating a pleasant and well-functioning environment for employees and visitors, while handling practical tasks related to office services, maintenance, and operations.

Examples of tasks:

• Daily customer contact during floor rounds
• Regular handover discussions with other Experience Hosts during shift changes
• Dishwashing and operation of dishwashers
• Refilling coffee stations and supplies in common areas
• Maintenance of premises, including light cleaning
• Performing simple property and IT-related tasks
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures (locks, alarms, and first aid)
• Collaborating with and supporting other service functions and cleaning staff

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who thrives in an active role and takes ownership of their work, operating both independently and as part of a team. You are curious, take initiative in daily tasks, and spot what needs to be done without being told. You have an eye for detail and contribute to a well-functioning work environment through a structured approach.

Furthermore, you are flexible in your working style and comfortable handling changes in pace and priorities. You interact with both colleagues and customers in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
• At least 3 years of experience in service roles, e.g., in hospitality, restaurants, or similar
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with and quickly adapting to new systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within office services or facility management

Salary: According to agreement
