At Heat, our greatest passion is a love for great food and service! We offer our guests well-prepared meals along with warm and personal hospitality. Our focus is on lunches prepared from scratch in our own kitchens, but we also provide various types of catering for companies in our local areas. Our menus are centrally planned, and through our recipes, we maintain Heat's quality and heart.

We are currently present in Malmö, Stockholm, Uppsala, Västerås, Örebro, Gävle, Sandviken, Sundsvall, Östersund, and Umeå.

About the Role
Our Head Chefs work in daily operations and are responsible for food quality, ingredient purchasing, inventory management, self-control, and stocktaking. You lead the daily work at the restaurant together with the Restaurant Manager. You work full-time, primarily during daytime hours Monday-Friday, although evening and weekend work may occur.

About You
You have a few years of experience in the role of Head Chef/Kitchen Manager. You are engaged, positive, solution-focused, and structured. Good planning is a key word at Heat, and you are comfortable with it. Our food quality is our foundation, along with our personal hospitality, and you are comfortable taking responsibility for food quality and following Heat's guidelines and recipes for preparation and purchasing.
