Do you want to work with people and make a real difference in their journey towards employment or studies? As a Career Coach at Eyes4work, you play a central role in supporting participants to discover their strengths, create new opportunities, and take the next step in life.
About the role
As a Career Coach at Eyes4work, you become an important part of our mission to support people on their path to employment or further studies.
The work is largely independent, and you are responsible for planning, structuring, and driving your work forward. You are also responsible for the office opening hours and ensuring that operations run smoothly. You thrive when taking personal responsibility and have the ability to create a sense of security and engagement among participants.
At the same time, you are part of an engaged team located in several cities. Together, you collaborate, share experiences, and support each other to develop the business. This role therefore requires a flexible attitude and the ability to thrive in a daily routine that may vary, where you can step in and provide support at other offices if needed.
A key part of your assignment is building relationships with companies and partners to create employment opportunities for participants. You enjoy making contact, building networks, and finding new pathways to employment. Good local knowledge of the labor market in your area is a crucial prerequisite for success in this role.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven, engaged, and has a genuine interest in helping other people develop. You are a natural relationship builder and enjoy interacting with both participants and employers.
You are communicative, empathetic, and able to adapt to different individuals and situations. With a proactive and initiative-taking approach, you take responsibility for finding new ways forward, for example by participating in fairs, networking meetings, and other activities that create new opportunities.
You work in a structured and meticulous manner, understanding the importance of planning, documentation, and follow-up to maintain the quality of the work.
It is meritorious, but not a requirement, if you have experience in:
- Coaching or matching work
- Work within "Rusta och matcha" or other labor market initiatives
- Knowledge of other languages, such as Arabic, Somali, or Tigrinya
Requirements
To be eligible for the position, you must meet one of the following alternatives:
