For this position, you will initially be employed through Effektiv and hired out as a consultant to our client outside of Varberg.

In the role of crane operator (traverse operator), your initial tasks will include:

• Operating the crane to lift, place, and move products smoothly and safely
• Loading products
• Simple processing of finished products
• Other types of logistics work, such as forklift driving

A crane operator certificate and a forklift certificate are required. It is an advantage if these certificates are not older than three years.

The working hours are arranged in two shifts, and the assignment is intended to start in week 32 with long-term rental.

We believe that you, as a candidate, have previous experience as a crane operator and that you are someone who does not shy away from physical work and is willing to put in extra effort when needed. It is an advantage if you have experience in logistics or a good understanding of logistics, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Furthermore, you are a person with a strong work ethic and the desire to do a good job. You have good skills in both spoken and written communication, and are reliable and goal-oriented. Personal qualities weigh heavily with us; therefore, previous experience is not a requirement – although it is an advantage – as we believe that with the right attitude, you can go far!
