Responsibilities

As an international sales representative, you will step into a central and dynamic role where your primary task is to put Diskomat on the world map within large-scale dish logistics. You will operate in an environment characterized by long sales cycles and complex solutions, requiring you to be both strategic and resilient. The role offers great freedom to plan your daily work and travels, while serving as the bridge between our international customers, local agents, and our internal technical team. You drive the entire process – from initial market analysis to final negotiation and operational follow-up. Your main responsibilities include:

• Identify and map new potential customers globally, focusing on Europe, Asia, and Australia.
• Initiate and maintain contact with international catering groups and present Diskomat's offerings.
• Plan and conduct customer visits worldwide and lead our participation in international trade fairs such as WTCE.
• Responsible for product and profitability calculations as well as coordinating quotation work.
• Conduct market analyses and trend monitoring to proactively meet future customer needs.
• Collaborate with and support local representatives in regions such as Malaysia, Japan, and the Middle East.
• Operationally follow up on deliveries, logistics, and customer invoicing in close cooperation with finance and technical teams.
• Communicate and package technical solutions to non-technical decision-makers and handle complex business negotiations.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a strong business acumen and the ability to build long-term relationships in different cultural contexts. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience in international marketing and sales towards industrial customers.
• Previous experience in system sales or flow-based solutions.
• A technical interest and the ability to understand customer processes (hygiene, logistics, and flows).
• Fluent English skills in both speech and writing (additional languages are an advantage).
• An outgoing personality with the gravitas to navigate complex negotiations.
• An aptitude for adapting your communication to different target groups and levels.
