About the Job

I am a man in my 30s looking for a new assistant to join my team. I have Joubert syndrome, which means I need help with everything in my daily life. I live in the countryside just outside Vingåker, so having a driver's license would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate is stress-resistant, calm, and able to handle various situations effectively. You always prioritize the individual and the assignment. You should have a pedagogical and motivating approach, as well as the ability to build good relationships. Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required as documentation is a mandatory part of the job.

You will assist with all aspects of daily life, making tasks easier and providing support. You will learn routines during the onboarding period and then work independently.

Customer Requirements and Preferences

• We preferably seek female applicants aged 30 and older.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Non-smoker.
• Comfortable working alone.
