First Hotel Statt is a classic hotel located in the High Coast area, in central Örnsköldsvik. Built in 1913, the hotel proudly bears its prestigious history and, thanks to its location near the guest harbor, is a cherished landmark in Örnsköldsvik.

At First Hotel Statt, no two days are alike. One moment you are checking in a regular business guest, and the next you are saying goodbye to a hockey team. Perhaps you are arranging a surprise for children staying at the hotel for the very first time?

We are looking for a team member for the reception who can spread joy and ensure our guests feel welcome. As part of our team, you will greet guests with a warm smile and handle the common tasks at the reception. This role requires both a service-oriented mindset and efficiency, but it also offers you the opportunity to make a real difference for our guests. The position involves varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.

What does the role entail?

• Daily front office tasks, from check-in to check-out.
• Handling bookings, payments, and inquiries to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintaining our guest promise by delivering a welcoming atmosphere and reliable service.

The hotel features 115 guest rooms, 5 conference rooms, 1 banquet hall, and a large restaurant serving everything from breakfast, à la carte, and lunches to conference catering and buffets. The kitchen team prepares delicious meals in a lovely, historic setting. During the summer, the terrace is open for guests to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel also has a relaxation area with a sauna and a small gym.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are passionate about service and want to give our guests that little extra. Service is your passion, and you are a proactive, initiative-taking, and responsible person with previous experience in the hotel industry.

You are energetic, flexible, attentive, curious, and full of drive. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing.

For us, it is a matter of course to work across departments, and this position is primarily based at the reception. Computer literacy is a requirement, and we work with the hotel system StayIntouch.

The position is 80% and starts on August 17, 2026.
