About the Position

As a care assistant at Martin's Home Care, you work with providing individually adapted care and services based on the customer's needs. The tasks may include among other things:

• Personal care
• Assistance with medication and delegated health care measures
• Documentation according to current routines
• Support in daily tasks
• Contact with relatives and home nursing
• Creating security and social community for our customers

We work with a respectful and professional approach where the customer's needs and self-determination are always in focus.

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained care assistant
• Have experience working in home care or elderly care
• Are responsible, flexible, and engaged
• Have good collaboration skills and a positive approach
• Can work independently and make your own decisions
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
