We are now looking for a new colleague to our special housing facility, Korallen.

Your responsibilities

Your duties consist of providing care, assistance, and support to residents based on their individual needs, as well as creating a meaningful daily life for them. You will also prepare implementation plans for the residents you are assigned to as contact persons. We work according to a salutogenic approach, which means we focus on the strengths and health of each individual.

You will work according to a schedule covering days, evenings, and weekends.

Your qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have a degree from the Care and Nursing Program, or equivalent education that the employer deems comparable.

The position requires basic IT skills to work with the systems we use for record-keeping and other administrative tasks. You must also have basic knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is important that you have strong empathy, can listen to and understand the residents' various needs, and have the willingness to meet these needs in the best possible way. The position requires you to be responsible and flexible. You also need to be receptive and have good collaboration skills with residents, relatives, and colleagues.
