Simrishamn Municipality has a large proportion of elderly citizens and invests heavily in early interventions and high-quality services. The Rehabilitation Unit is a central part of this initiative and is undergoing an exciting change process to meet current needs. The team currently consists of dedicated physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care coordinators, nurses, and care staff who work together to strengthen patients within home healthcare.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Occupational Therapist within municipal primary care

In the role of occupational therapist, you create good conditions for individuals to live as independent a life as possible.

You also serve as a sounding board for your colleagues regarding rehabilitation issues, delegate tasks, and offer supervision when needed. The work requires a flexible approach with the patient's needs at the center. As support in your work, you have a pleasant and helpful team of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. You also have me, Ingela Löfberg, as your direct manager, and Annica Edlund (MAR), the Medical Responsible for Rehabilitation, who is responsible for the municipality's quality and development work, as additional support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Driver's License, Class B
