Avarn Alarm is growing in the Swedish market and is now looking for a driven and self-reliant technician with a sales focus who wants to deliver modern, wireless security solutions to our corporate customers.

About the role

As a technician here, you will play a key role in delivering our security services. You are responsible for installing and servicing our solutions for customers within the SMB segment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Installation of sold alarm systems (from district sales representatives in Stockholm)
• Service and follow-up with existing customers
• Ensuring high quality in every delivery
• Building good customer relationships and contributing to upselling

You report directly to our Head of OMNI and plan your work independently.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled and thrives in a role with independent responsibility and high customer contact.

We believe you:

• Have experience with alarm installations (meritorious)
• Are self-reliant, structured, and results-oriented
• Have a strong customer focus and build trust easily
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience from the security industry is meritorious, but the right attitude and drive are equally important.
