We are looking for Part-time Event Hosts in Uppsala/Västerås

This is a flexible part-time position ideal for students or those looking to work extra hours alongside other commitments, with a focus on evenings and weekends.

What the role entails

As an Event Host, you are the first point of contact for guests before their Candle Light experience. You represent the experience from the moment guests arrive until they are seated, and your hospitality sets the tone for the entire evening.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests in a professional and warm manner, scanning tickets and managing entry smoothly, guiding guests to their seats, answering questions, handling practical situations calmly and solution-oriented, and collaborating closely with other staff to ensure a seamless experience.

We are looking for someone who is

• Social and service-oriented, creating a sense of safety and well-being for guests
• Professional and reliable, punctual, responsible, and takes the role seriously
• Structured enough to maintain order even during high-paced moments
• Communicative and expresses yourself clearly in Swedish, preferably also in English
