At Capio Primary Care Centre Malmö Västra Hamnen, we have together created a strong and competent staff group with many years of experience in primary care, all gathered under one roof. We are a wonderful team of approximately 45 employees with various professions, district nurses, midwives, pediatric nurses, nurses, assistant nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, general specialists, specialty trainee doctors, medical secretaries, and administrators who together make a difference for our approximately 14,000 registered patients - today and throughout life.

Our focus lies in cross-professional teamwork with daily team rounds where we together take responsibility for our patients. Here we have a culture where we trust each other's competence and support one another – whether it concerns diabetes, hypertension, asthma/COPD, or child health care. Together we create high-quality care, with both heart and mind – and with high accessibility, both physically and digitally.

The primary care centre is within comfortable walking distance – approximately 15 minutes from Malmö Central Station. For those who prefer public transport, convenient city buses go here, with a stop a short distance from the entrance.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have a few years of experience in your bag. If you have also worked at a primary care centre before – then we will be extra happy! But most importantly, you are secure in both yourself and your professional role, and that you have a genuine patient focus in everything you do.

You are meticulous, flexible, and have an easy time switching pace depending on what the day brings. You like to take initiative, are a team player who enjoys cooperating, and have the ability to structure and prioritize even when there is a lot going on. We are looking for you who are clear, trustworthy, and who always strive to deliver care with high quality – both in the small and the large.

For permanent positions, we always apply a first six-month probation period.
