Söderort Assistans AB is a company providing personal assistance services, and we operate nationwide. This position is based in Örebro.

As a provider of assistance, we work for our users by offering individually tailored services. We want to help our users live their own lives, exactly as they wish, with the support of their personal assistants. If you are applying for this position, you should be meticulous, organized, attentive, flexible, and good at following instructions. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. It is important that you take responsibility for ensuring your tasks are completed, and it is an advantage if you are proactive. It is also vital that you are attentive to what the user wants and needs.

We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant. No prior experience is required, as personal chemistry is the most important factor, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what the role of a personal assistant entails.

As a personal assistant, you will help the user with everything in their daily life. Your workplace is wherever the user is, such as at home or during activities.

You will act as the user's extended arms and legs. You should be able to assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, mobility/transfers, cleaning, cooking, and other household chores.

Working hours are varied, and you must be available to work days, evenings, and nights.

You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as we have documentation requirements.

This application is for a part-time position. The user is a man, and we preferably seek female applicants.

Please prepare extracts from the Swedish Police Authority's crime register (certificates of good conduct) for work with the elderly and persons with disabilities, as well as an extract from the suspicion register.
