This is a broad, operational, and business-driven role. You will be responsible for commercial property management, leasing, and customer dialogue, ranging from initial contact and new leasing to long-term management and further development of existing partnerships.

You will work closely with the businesses in our properties and are expected to understand their operations, needs, and future plans. At the same time, you will actively drive the leasing process forward by identifying new business opportunities and establishing contact with prospective tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing commercial property management and customer dialogue
• Identifying and driving new leasing activities from prospecting and customer processing to signed agreements
• Preparing, negotiating, and renegotiating market-competitive lease agreements
• Identifying and driving value-enhancing initiatives for the property portfolio
• Monitoring property economics, analyzing results, and contributing to business development
• Collaborating with brokers, tenant advisors, and other external partners
• Initiating marketing activities and contributing to Safjället's visibility
• Acting as Safjället's face in the properties and areas where we operate

We believe you have a few years of experience in commercial property management, leasing, or related areas within real estate.

You have a genuine interest in people, businesses, and long-term relationships. You enjoy meeting customers, are self-motivated, and take responsibility for driving processes forward. At the same time, you appreciate being part of a small team where everyone helps each other out and shares responsibility for the whole.

We also believe you have:

• Relevant post-secondary education
• Experience working with commercial premises or leasing
• Good understanding of lease agreements and rental law
• A business drive and aptitude for negotiation and customer dialogue
• Knowledge of property economics
• Interest in property development
• Good skills in Swedish and English
