Our Offer

On our surgical department, there are two interconnected units, North and South, providing anesthesia and surgical services to various surgical specialties. Here, high-tech advanced surgical care and emergency treatment of trauma patients are provided. Operation North focuses on neurosurgery with endovascular intervention treatment, ENT surgery, advanced abdominal surgery, gynecology, urology, and robotic surgery. Operation South performs orthopedics, spine surgery, hand and plastic surgery with burn care, as well as a pediatric unit with mixed pediatric surgery and a pediatric pain unit. There is also a special unit housing anesthesia services for discontinued operations. Our units perform both elective and emergency surgery with work scheduled around the clock.

Job Description

As an anesthesia nurse, you will have a section affiliation, but with some introduction to all sections. This means that you work on your section but have knowledge of emergency procedures on each unit during on-call hours. We are now looking for new employees for several of our sections.

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with specialist education in anesthesia care.

You should have good Swedish language skills in speech and writing as you will communicate with patients, relatives, and colleagues. Great weight is placed on personal suitability and maturity. It is an advantage if you have work experience in anesthesia care on a surgical department.

The work is characterized by tension and variation where you get to use your flexibility and problem-solving skills. You are a curious person and want to contribute to the development of the operations. You are secure, independent, and structured, and can plan, organize, and prioritize the work. You enjoy teamwork and work well with other people in a listening and smooth manner. Furthermore, you are an engaged person who wants to contribute to a positive work environment.
