About the role

We are looking for a dentist with an interest in leadership and business development for our newly renovated clinic. The role combines clinical work with the opportunity to take greater responsibility in the business and grow into a practice manager role.

You will:

• work clinically
• lead and distribute daily work together with the team
• contribute to the development and quality assurance of the business
• work with personnel issues, working environment, and competence development

About the clinic

The clinic is newly renovated and modern, featuring:

• 5 fully equipped treatment rooms
• 3 dental teams
• 2 dental hygienists

We work fully digitally and offer comprehensive dental care – from general dentistry to more advanced treatments.

We are looking for someone who

• is a licensed dentist with at least 3–5 years of experience
• has a genuine interest in both patients and business development
• is confident in diagnosis and therapy planning
• has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• is humble, flexible, and team-oriented

It is an advantage if you:

• have an interest in or experience with leadership
