Do you have experience in administration, or specifically customs administration? Would you enjoy working in a company that focuses on growth and dares to think new? We are growing and now looking for 1 new star for our offices in Örje/Hån (Sweden).

Logent's customs operations are currently located in Halden (Norway), Gothenburg, Örje/Hån (Sweden), Hirtshals, Aarhus, Helsingør (Denmark), and Rauma (Finland). Logent Customs is an independent customs broker specializing in all operational customs procedures and consulting for in-depth investigations. Together with the other business areas within Logent, we often offer holistic solutions for our customers and view continuous development as a prerequisite for a good and long-term customer relationship.

Your role: As a Customs Administrator, you will have an enjoyable role with varied tasks involving administration and contact with customers and authorities. You will be part of a team with knowledgeable employees who work with administering various customs procedures regarding import, export, and customs warehousing. Together with your colleagues, you will work on improving routines and processes to ensure quality and service. Logent has many exciting and well-known companies as customers whom you will contact via phone and email in your work. We are growing and now seeking 1 Customs Administrator for our office in Örje/Hån.

Your profile: We are looking for you who are service-oriented, relationship-building, and enjoy administration and customer contact. You are quick to learn, responsible, and meticulous, a person who always strives to develop in your work. If you, like us, are a positive team player, good at collaboration, and creating good results, you will thrive in the role of Customs Administrator. Good IT skills are an advantage. Experience in customs is meritorious but not a requirement. You have good knowledge of English and are accustomed to working in digital support systems, moving comfortably in MS Office and other business-related support systems.

Working hours: The position involves irregular working hours as we offer 24/7 service to our customers.

The workplace is closed between 02:00–06:00 on weekdays and closed on weekends. During closure hours, we have an on-call schedule.
