About the role
As a Customer Success Manager at Utilifeed, you are responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure that each customer realizes maximum business value from our platform. You are the customer's primary contact after the sale and drive the entire customer journey, from onboarding, through a long-term implementation plan, to business development and close partnership.
The role combines project management, change management, and relationship building. You work closely with your customers to understand their operations, set goals, and translate the use of the platform into operational and business results, such as more efficient workflows, lower costs, and enhanced decision-making capabilities.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Own and develop customer relationships
- Drive onboarding and act as a project manager in customer projects
- Set and ensure goals with the customer that deliver concrete business value
- Identify and drive upselling opportunities with existing customers
- Analyze customer data and proactively suggest improvements
Your profile
We are looking for you who thrive in a role that combines customer contact, project management, and relationship building. You have the ability to navigate complex environments and can communicate as naturally with technical specialists as with executive teams. You are a creative problem solver with an interest in sustainability and digitalization, always keeping the customer's best interests in focus.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have good business acumen and are driven by creating results for the customer
- Are a strong relationship builder and confident in challenging, guiding, and driving customer dialogues forward
- Preferably have experience in project management or similar roles
- Have technical understanding and can immerse yourself in complex systems
- Are structured, driven, and quality-conscious
- Can package insights, recommendations, and business cases in a clear and convincing manner
It is an advantage if you have experience from the energy sector, such as district heating, or if you have a background in management consulting, business development, or another consultative role.
You must be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English.
