Personal Assistant in Trosa – Daytime

One of my current assistants has decided to pursue a different path and has therefore resigned. We are sad to see them go, but we are now looking for a new full-time colleague as a personal assistant. I currently have five assistants working during the day, and we always operate with double staffing.

Several of my assistants have worked with me for several years and possess high competence. This means you will have excellent opportunities for training and support. The atmosphere within the team is very positive, so it is an advantage if you are social and adaptable to new colleagues and tasks.

I live in a villa in Trosa. Assistants have access to their own living room, lounge, kitchen, etc. All necessary assistive devices are available on-site.

Since mobile and internet connectivity in Trosa can be poor during weekends, we require that you have access to your own car and a valid driver's license. It is a significant advantage if you live in the local area. I also have a personal car that we often use for outings and transportation.

Requirements and Merits:

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Previous experience in similar roles is a strong advantage.
• Flexible and adaptable attitude.

Working Hours:

Shifts are distributed on a rolling 6-week schedule with working hours from 08:00–20:00 and 08:00–22:00, seven days a week, including weekends. This schedule allows for long periods of leave between shifts. The position is for 30–38 hours per week, which amounts to approximately 13 working days per month.
