ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Junior Process Developer for an international technology company in the automotive industry with operations in Eskilstuna. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a broad role where you combine technology, problem-solving, and project work in a production-oriented environment.
As a Junior Process Developer, you will become part of a team working with industrialization and the development of new products. You will follow projects through several phases, from prototype and pre-series to finished production solutions, and collaborate closely with project managers, quality, logistics, production, and international sister companies.
A large part of the work involves coordinating activities, ensuring that documentation and processes are up to date, and contributing to driving projects forward according to plan. You will also be involved in prototype production, validation, and production preparations.
The role offers many interfaces, both nationally and internationally, where English is a natural part of everyday life. Travel to the company's sister companies in Europe occurs as part of the service.
This is an excellent opportunity for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to develop within industrialization, process development, and production-oriented project work. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually build knowledge in production technology, quality work, and project management in an international environment.
Examples of tasks:
- Participate in the industrialization of new products and processes
- Work with prototype production and pre-series activities
- Coordinate activities between different functions within the organization
- Ensure that production systems and documentation are kept up to date
- Contribute to the creation of work instructions, control plans, and standardized work
- Participate in validation and capacity activities
- Contribute to the development and optimization of production processes and methods
- Collaborate with international colleagues and suppliers
- Contribute to driving projects from the development phase to series production
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
- Have a university or civil engineering degree in areas such as industrial economics, production technology, mechanical engineering, logistics, or other relevant technical fields
- Have a genuine technical interest and good technical understanding
- Speak and write fluent English
- Thrive in a role with many interfaces and collaborations
- Have good administrative and organizational skills
It is not necessary, but meritorious if you have:
- Experience from manufacturing industry
- Experience from the automotive industry
- Knowledge from courses, projects, or internships in process development, production technology, or industrialization
- Experience in technical project activities

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:
This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site.
