Personal Assistant in Trosa – Daytime

One of my current assistants has decided to pursue a different path and has therefore resigned. This is sad news, but we are now looking for a full-time replacement as a personal assistant.

I currently have five assistants working during the day, and we always have double staffing.

Many of my assistants have worked with me for several years and possess high competence. Therefore, there are excellent opportunities for training and support. The atmosphere in the team is very positive, so it is an advantage if you adapt easily to new colleagues and tasks.

I live in a villa in Trosa. The assistants have access to their own living room, lounge, kitchen, and similar facilities. All available assistive devices are provided.

Since mobile and internet connectivity in Trosa can be poor during weekends, we require that you have access to your own car and a valid driver's license. Living in the local area is a significant advantage.

I also have my own car, which we often use for outings and transportation.

Good spoken and written Swedish is a requirement for this position.

Previous experience in similar roles is a strong advantage.

Working Hours: Shifts are distributed according to a rolling 6-week schedule with times 08:00–20:00 and 08:00–22:00, every day including weekends. This structure allows for long periods of leave between shifts. The workload is 30–38 hours per week, which corresponds to approximately 13 working days per month.
