Information about the position

Professionals Nord is recruiting on behalf of our client for a maintenance technician. The assignment is part of our staffing service. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client for 12 months. The intention is that you will then be hired directly by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Responsibilities

As a maintenance technician for our client, you will become an important part of the team, based out of the operations in Hallsberg. You will work with preventive maintenance on vehicles, such as inspections and refilling of consumables. The work content is varied and covers all existing equipment within the operations that requires service or repair.

Your main responsibilities will also include:

• Assembly/installation during repairs, corrective maintenance, and modifications
• Documentation of completed work according to current routines and processes
• Identify and report the need for additional work in consultation with other colleagues

We are looking for you who

have a technical educational background and/or a few years of practical experience in maintenance, mechanics, and troubleshooting. Furthermore, you speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English and hold a valid B-driver's license.

Experience working with trains is a plus.
