About the Role

As Unit Manager in our line organization, you lead approximately 20 employees and consultants, creating the conditions for your staff to create value within our agile network organization.

You have personnel, operational, and budgetary responsibility for the unit. You report to the Section Manager and are part of the section's management group, which currently consists of 2 units.

In the role of Unit Manager, your most important task is to create the conditions for your employees, both as individuals and as teams, to work and develop in the right direction. We are an organization in growth and change, and you are a key person in creating security in the forward direction. You work closely with your fellow managers, and you support and receive support from each other.

About the Unit

The Unit for Operations and Product Management is responsible for product management for the department's digital services, operational competence, and requirements analysis for the department's digital services.

You belong to the Digital Infrastructure Department, within the Service Development Section. The department has approximately 130 employees and is responsible for coordinating a national digital infrastructure, developing the joint digital information supply for healthcare, social services, and dental care, both nationally and internationally.

About You

We are looking for you who are secure and clear in your leadership. You are collaboration-oriented and build relationships at all levels of the organization. You lead change and bring ideas on how the operations and individuals can be developed. In your change leadership, you are strategic and take a holistic perspective. It is natural for you to take responsibility for both your own work and for decisions made.

We are looking for you who have:

  • An academic education of at least 180 hp (120p in the old system) in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • Current experience as a manager
  • Current experience with agile working methods
  • Experience with roadmap work and product strategy
  • Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

The following are meritorious for the role:

  • Experience working within the healthcare, health, or care sector
  • Experience working with information exchange in an ecosystem with different types of actors
  • Experience in the role of Business Owner within the agile framework SAFe (at least at the train level)
  • Experience in building up a new operation within an organization.

The employment is permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. The place of employment is Stockholm or Kalmar. The work may involve business travel, primarily between Kalmar and Stockholm.
