About the role

The region operates a meal service in the form of a reception kitchen, with simple preparation and food service at Solgården's nursing home in collaboration with Sollefteå Municipality. We are now looking for a new colleague to our team as a restaurant assistant. The position is a permanent employment with a scope of 79.73%. Start date 2026-08-17 or as agreed.

Responsibilities

• Simple cooking
• Preparation of sandwiches
• Setting up salad buffet
• Breakfast service
• Cash handling
• Purchasing
• Dishwashing
• Cleaning
• Weekend work occurs

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Have a complete upper secondary education
• Have at least three years of work experience as a restaurant assistant or kitchen assistant
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you

• Have education within the restaurant industry
• Have experience with cash handling
• Have experience working in kitchens, restaurants, cafés, or grocery stores
• Have work experience and knowledge of working with dietary data systems
