The role in brief

We are looking for a sharp sales support specialist for our office in Helsingborg. You will become the hub for our salespeople across the country, helping them land projects that make a difference in the daily lives of many people. Here, team spirit and joy in work are paramount, with a high degree of personal responsibility and sound judgment in decision-making.

What you do on a daily basis

• Handle administration, order registration, and customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Manage returns, addresses, supplier contacts, and some system tasks when needed
• Work closely with salespeople in playground and outdoor environment projects
• Prepare quotations and support in simpler project planning
• Create drawings by hand and using our tools
• Handle order confirmations from suppliers

Who we think you are

• A few years of experience in sales support and good at prioritizing
• Interest in sports and athletics, and an understanding of the importance of teamwork
• Positive, quick-thinking, and organized, maintaining calm even when things get busy
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and you understand some Danish and Norwegian
• Familiar with business systems and confident in Office
• You want to stay for a long time and grow with us

The practical details

• Scope: Full-time, 08:00–16:30
• Employment type: 6-month probation period followed by permanent employment
• Salary: Individual salary setting based on qualifications
• Start date: August
