Technical Inside Sales Representative at ASSA ABLOY

At Assa Abloy Entrance System Pedestrian AB, we are in an exciting phase. We develop and deliver modern door automation where innovation and sustainability are at the forefront.

We are now looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative based in Landskrona – a key person who wants to help drive our sales forward.

About the role

As a technical inside sales representative at ASSA ABLOY Pedestrian Sweden, you will work together with the team to develop and maintain relationships with our customers. This will be done both via phone and through field visits.

The product portfolio you will be working with is broad and includes, for example, our swing door operators, sliding door operators, upgrades, and spare parts. In this role, you will contribute to developing business opportunities with a primary focus on proactive sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mapping and understanding customer needs
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities and leading the process from quote to close
  • Ensuring compliance and updates in the CRM system in accordance with ASSA ABLOY standards
  • Building and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Responsible for long-term budget planning together with the customer

Skills and experience required

We are looking for you who are passionate about sales and thrive with high levels of customer contact.

Furthermore, we would like you to have:

  • A high school education
  • At least 1 year of experience in proactive B2B sales (or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • A valid driver's license (Category B)

Technical understanding of our products is considered an asset.
