At Ljud Med Mera, we don't just build technical solutions for conferences, corporate events, and meeting spaces. We build long-term partnerships. By working with a select few clients, we have the opportunity to get involved early in the process and follow projects all the way from idea to implementation.

Behind us are hundreds of projects every year for clients such as the Gothenburg Half Marathon, Elite Hotels, Scandic, AB Volvo, and several major event companies. Together with Oddwork, we are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Gothenburg.

As a Project Manager Here, you are not the person who takes over when someone else is finished. You follow the project through the entire journey. From the first customer dialogue and quote to planning, coordination, and delivery, you are the link between the customer, technology, and execution. You participate in customer meetings, develop solution proposals, plan resources, and ensure that the right people and the right technology are in place when it is time for production.

We are a small team of 10 people with short decision-making paths, which gives you significant influence and the opportunity to impact both the projects and the business.

We are looking for you who... ...have stood behind the scenes long enough to know what is required when it really counts.

You might currently work as a technician, project manager, or coordinator within the technology, event, or conference industry. Regardless of title, you understand how technology, people, and schedules interact to create successful productions.

Now you are looking for a role where you still get to be close to the operations, but where the focus is more on planning, relationships, and project management than late nights and emergency calls.

As a person, you are unpretentious, structured, and communicative. You take responsibility, make your own decisions, and thrive in an environment where people trust each other.

Our requirements for you

• Experience from AV technology, events, conferences, or a related industry
• Experience in project management, coordination, or similar responsibility
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Technical background in sound, light, or image
• Experience with CAD drawings, preferably Vectorworks
• Experience with quotation work or customer responsibility
