Do you want to work with one of the world's strongest brands, create business deals, and build long-term customer relationships?
We are now looking for a business-driven Regional Sales Manager who wants to help develop our business in West Sweden.
About the role
As a Regional Sales Manager here, you are responsible for driving sales, profitability, and growth in your region. You work closely with the customer – from initial contact to closing the deal – and become a key partner in their projects.
You are based in Gothenburg and surrounding areas and are responsible for the West region. The role offers great freedom with responsibility, where you plan your own day with plenty of time spent at customer sites.
You will become part of an engaged team consisting of regional sales managers, inside sales, product specialists, and marketers – together you create results.
Your mission
- Drive and develop sales in your region
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers
- Identify new business opportunities and projects
- Work proactively with customer visits and networking
- Prepare quotations, follow up, and close deals
- Responsible for agreements and business structures
- Coordinate handover to installation and service

Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably with technical content
- Experience from the construction, real estate, or contracting industry is an advantage
- High school education (technical focus is a plus)
- Fluent in Swedish and good English
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
