Your Responsibilities

As an Administrator responsible for transport and logistics planning, you will play a key role in our operations. You will ensure that our transports are planned and executed efficiently, while delivering high-quality service both internally and externally.

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize transports.
• Handle bookings and administration related to logistics flows.
• Maintain ongoing customer contact and ensure a high level of service.
• Follow up on deliveries and handle any deviations.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth processes.

Your Profile

• You are highly customer-focused and passionate about providing good service.
• You are stress-resistant and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• You have a strong interest in administration, planning, and structure.
• You are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• You have strong organizational skills and can prioritize effectively.
• You have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is a plus if you have a forklift license and experience from transport, logistics, or a similar administrative role.

Additional Information

Daytime hours 07:00–16:00 with immediate start. Driver's license and car are an advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
