About the role

Nethouse specializes in robust cloud and IT infrastructure, helping customers with high demands for availability, security, and stable operations. Since its founding in 1998, the company has grown to approximately 130 employees and is now represented in several locations across Sweden.

You will become part of a technical specialist team working closely with the business in a larger public sector environment. The assignment is long-term and covers operations, maintenance, and incident management in an environment where availability and security are critical. The environment is primarily based on Microsoft on-premises platforms, with a special focus on Exchange, Active Directory, and Skype for Business Server.

Responsibilities

In the role of IT Consultant, you work in an operations and maintenance-oriented assignment where you take responsibility, solve problems, and ensure that important communication and identity services function around the clock.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing collaboration platforms such as Exchange and Skype
• Working with operations and maintenance of Active Directory
• Participating in incident, problem, and change management according to ITIL
• Working with troubleshooting and management of email and communication platforms
• Contributing to structure, improvement, and documentation of the IT environment

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance of AD, Exchange, and Skype
• Has previous experience with ITIL-based working methods
• Has a good ability to translate needs into technical requirements
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with Pointsharp ID or similar authentication solutions
• Experience with Cisco Secure Email / IronPort or equivalent email security solutions
• Experience from working in the public sector
• Experience from large operational organizations and enterprise IT environments
