Here you will take on a key role in a strategic transformation and performance management program. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to establish clear monitoring, improve decision-making foundations, and increase the program's accuracy.

About the Role

• You are responsible for the analysis, reporting, and monitoring of the program's results.
• You build and further develop dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards.
• You connect data from various areas to create a unified view.
• You support leadership and steering groups with insights and recommendations.

What You Will Do

• Analyze costs, operational performance, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and enhance reporting models and management reports.
• Monitor goals, trends, deviations, and risks.
• Contribute to forecasts, planning, and fact-based decision-making.
• Improve data quality, reporting flows, and governance.

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience in developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data within large datasets.
• Proven track record of presenting insights to senior stakeholders and management teams.
• Relevant higher education in fields such as economics, statistics, data analysis, or engineering.
