YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Purchasing Coordinator, you are responsible for contract negotiations, contract management, and administration within the retail organization. You lead a small team and are responsible for the store's administrative areas, such as item maintenance, purchasing, marketing, and product training.

You work with market and needs analyses, prepare decision-making materials, and drive a structured and forward-looking approach together with the team. The role also involves participating in strategic work and projects such as e-commerce and store launches. You report to the Sales Manager for the store.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in economics, or other education and/or experience that the employer deems relevant for the position.
• At least three years of current work experience in purchasing.
• Experience leading an administrative group.
• Experience and knowledge in operating e-commerce.
• Good knowledge of the Office package.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
