We are currently looking for two dedicated specialist assistant nurses for night shifts to expand our team and contribute to excellent care for our clients.

Your role with us

As a specialist assistant nurse with us, you are offered a varied job where you combine care work with contributing your specialist knowledge to the operations. The role involves performing care interventions and providing support to clients in their own homes, while working in a team together with colleagues, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Through supervision and knowledge sharing, you support colleagues and contribute to the development of working methods that strengthen the quality of care and social services. You also serve as support for the assigned care contact and other staff in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of interventions. As a specialist assistant nurse, you play an important role in developing and improving the quality of operations by contributing to knowledge development and enhanced competence within the work group.

The work also includes administrative tasks such as documentation in journals, drawing up implementation plans, and working with risk assessments.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse with specialist education, for example in elderly health and illness, psychiatry, dementia, palliative care, or emergency hospital care. Since communication and documentation are part of your duties, you need to have experience with documentation and computers, as well as the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Experience in supervising or training colleagues is meritorious, as is experience in quality and development work within operations.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and have a genuine interest in working customer-focused. You want to contribute to making every day as safe, meaningful, and valuable as possible for our elderly citizens. You can motivate and inspire others and have a professional attitude towards everyone you meet in your work. Furthermore, you have the ability to independently plan and structure your work. You are creative and solution-oriented, see opportunities for development, and are eager to take initiatives for improvements in operations.
