Vårdcentralen Nöbbelöv is located on the outskirts of Lund with good commuting options. The health centre is relatively small with just under 9,000 registered patients from both urban and rural areas. The atmosphere is family-like, and we have a well-functioning teamwork, high continuity, and good accessibility for patients. At Vårdcentralen Nöbbelöv, we have high trust among our registered patients and offer them a wide range of healthcare services with several clinics, including doctor and district nurse clinics, specialist clinics for nurses, as well as clinics for child health services, physiotherapy, psychology, and access to occupational therapists and dietitians. We are a well-functioning and patient-focused healthcare unit capable of caring for the whole family.
We are also an Academic Health Centre (AVC) with research connections, regularly participating in clinical studies and having close collaboration with the Centre for Primary Care Research.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We have the opportunity to welcome an engaged and driven nurse with further education in diabetes to our team!
In your role, you work with your own clinic as well as telephone advice, handling of acute patients, infections, and vaccinations. You work cross-professionally close to your colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS
We now welcome you who are a licensed nurse with eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you have further education as a diabetes nurse of at least 15 higher education credits. Proficiency in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement.
We are looking for you who can contribute to the development of the clinic with strong drive, a flexible working style, and the ability to think outside the box when the situation requires it. You see yourself as a natural part of the team and help out where needs arise. As a person, you have a genuine interest in people and work in a solution-focused manner. You contribute to good cohesion at the workplace and have a good ability to work in a group as well as independently.
