Dental Nurse with Reception Responsibilities Wanted at Landskrona Dental Center.

We are a modern and welcoming private dental clinic offering general dentistry for adults. The clinic has four treatment rooms and a dedicated team consisting of two dentists, a dental hygienist, and two dental nurses. We are now looking for a dental nurse who primarily wants to work with reception and administration, but also support the clinic's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive patients and serve as the clinic's first point of contact in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up of patient visits.
• Actively work on booking patients and filling gaps in the schedule.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Administrative tasks such as invoicing, payments, and register management.
• Assist dentists when needed, work in the sterilization area.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has dental nursing education and preferably experience in reception or administrative work within dentistry,
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working with both people and numbers,
• Has good computer skills, preferably experience with the dental software Alma,
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish, and has good knowledge of English,
• Is service-oriented, flexible, and thrives in a varied role where collaboration is important.
