We are now looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer who wants to be a key person in ensuring a stable, secure, and future-proof IT environment. You will be part of a Nordic team and work closely with the business, responsible for the operation, development, and support of business-critical IT systems and infrastructure solutions. The role combines technical depth with a business-oriented approach and suits you if you thrive with both operational problem-solving and long-term development.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of IT infrastructure, server environments, and network solutions.
• Act as a technical specialist and escalation point for complex incidents and technical issues.
• Administer and further develop the Microsoft 365 platform and related cloud services.
• Work proactively with monitoring, performance improvements, and security-related initiatives.
• Ensure that the IT environment follows internal guidelines, security requirements, and established processes.
• Document solutions, routines, and changes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT delivery.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or system administration.
• You have good competence in Windows Server, networking, and Microsoft 365.
• You are accustomed to advanced troubleshooting and handling of complex technical environments.
• You have a strong security and quality mindset and work in a structured and methodical way.
• You are solution-oriented, proactive, and thrive taking own responsibility.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and find it easy to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
