We are now looking for an engaged operations planner for a varied assignment with an exciting organization.
About the role
Our client is a municipal operation within the department of urban development and operations/maintenance. They are responsible for keeping the municipality's outdoor environments clean, safe, and pleasant for all citizens. Due to an acute staff shortage before and during the summer holiday period, we are now looking for a person who can quickly get up to speed in the role and support the team.
The role of operations planner involves both fieldwork and administration. You will base yourself at the office but spend part of your time out in the operational area. The assignment starts as a consultancy role through us until October 2nd, but for the right candidate, there may be opportunities for extension.
The regular working schedule is Monday to Thursday 06:30–16:00 and Fridays 06:30–12:00. There is some flexibility to adjust working hours slightly.
Responsibilities
The role combines practical fieldwork with system administration, ensuring that waste regulations are followed while managing the administrative flow and invoice handling.
- Conduct physical rounds and supervision of waste in outdoor environments
- Handle incidents regarding illegal dumping and file police reports
- Administer the diary system Ciceron for archiving and documentation
- Manage ongoing invoice handling, accounting, and billing in the ERP system
- Responsible for monitoring and handling functional mailboxes
- Order pickups and actions via internal logistics systems
- Be flexible and cover for other team members in case of absence or sick leave.
We are looking for someone who has
- Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
- Fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of ERP financial systems regarding accounting and invoicing
- Experience with the diary system Ciceron
- Knowledge of rules and routines regarding illegal dumping
- Previous experience filing police reports in a professional capacity
- Basic knowledge of the Infracontrol system
It is meritorious if you have
- Good local knowledge of Södertälje
- Experience in assessing and ordering graffiti removal services
