RESPONSIBILITIES

As a veterinarian with us, you will become part of our operations, which include daytime clinic hours and 24/7 on-call duty, where the customer and animal health are at the center. With us, you will work with all animal species, and we offer a highly stimulating and varied work environment. On-call duty is a natural part of the position, and we work according to a model that ensures recovery and rest.

As a veterinarian within the District Veterinarians, there is a unique opportunity to develop broad competence across all animal species, while also having the possibility to specialize in certain areas.

As a veterinarian with us in Fränsta, you will work partly at our small animal clinic and partly in the field with horses and farm animals. Within all animal species, there are both planned/pre-booked visits and emergency cases. You will receive a good introduction and will have support and help from colleagues, management, or other expertise within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a veterinarian with a few years of experience with both large and small animals, confident in your role, and enjoy being a generalist. Alternatively, you are a recent graduate with high ambitions, perhaps with prior experience from a temporary summer position within the organization? You feel confident handling the most common emergency cases across all animal species and routine booked cases at a basic level. As a person, you are flexible and service-oriented towards our customers and colleagues. You enjoy working together with others but can also work independently. Furthermore, you have good judgment and make decisions in line with the District Veterinarians' values.

By focusing on good customer relationships, you retain existing customers while striving to attract new ones. With a forward-looking attitude, you strive for both your own development and the development of your colleagues and the clinic.

Swedish veterinary license and a B-driver's license are required.
