About the Role

The team in Palliative Medicine in Sollefteå/Kramfors consists of a total of three full-time nurses with a pleasant work environment. The unit is located at Sollefteå Hospital with a branch at Kramfors Health Centre. The work involves standard nursing duties. We work together with doctors in a team and care for patients in their homes in collaboration with home care nurses. The role involves working independently, being flexible, and collaborating both within and outside the team as well as with relatives. We offer a free and responsible job with opportunities for development.

We are looking for a Specialist Nurse. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date as agreed. Location: Sollefteå.

Responsibilities

• Standard duties as a nurse.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a registered nurse with specialist education.
• Have experience working as a nurse.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Have good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you:

• Are educated as a District Nurse.
• Have work experience as a nurse working in palliative home care.
