The Role of Project Manager

In the role of Project Manager, you will have a central and business-oriented function. You will drive your own projects from the first customer contact and calculation to the final inspection.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Project Management & Economics: Lead own construction projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, quality, and documentation/invoicing.

• Work Environment: Act as BAS-P and BAS-U on-site in projects and actively work with safety issues.

• Business and Customer Relations: Manage and develop relationships with both new and existing customers.

Who are you?

We are looking for a practical, structured, and business-minded leader. You are not a pure designer, but a person who understands the actual, practical solutions on the production floor. You are meticulous with documentation, have extensive experience in safety work in projects, and are a natural relationship builder.

Your qualifications:

• Experience: Extensive experience as a project manager at a construction company, with experience working with commercial and private customers.

• Education: Relevant post-secondary education in construction or project management.

• Work Environment: Certified BAS-P and BAS-U, including the new supplementary training.

• Law: Very good knowledge of contract law (an absolute must).
