Do you want to work close to technically critical energy facilities where high availability, safety, and order are crucial? In this role, you will primarily work with energy hubs and other cooling and heat pump solutions in a production-oriented environment within the energy sector. You will become a key part of keeping the facilities in the best possible condition together with the facility manager and in close collaboration with operations and maintenance.

The role combines operational work at the facilities with long-term development, analysis, and follow-up. You will get to optimize operations, troubleshoot issues, coordinate audits, and contribute as an expert in projects. This is an opportunity for you who want to work broadly with technology and at the same time influence how facilities develop over time.

• You work on-site at facilities and contribute to ensuring that cooling and heat pump solutions maintain high availability and a safe working environment.
• You drive operational optimization, troubleshooting, and testing of facilities.
• You perform some maintenance work yourself and also act as a client/orderer in parts of the maintenance work.
• You coordinate and take a leading role during audits.
• You develop, follow up, and work according to routines for the facilities.
• You coordinate authority inspections together with the facility manager.
• You work with refrigerant handling and contribute knowledge regarding environmental requirements.
• You collaborate closely with production and participate in projects as an expert and requirement setter.

• Technical education.
• Experience with refrigeration systems, maintenance, or technical development within a production environment.
• Experience in maintenance and facility technical work.
• Knowledge in maintenance systems, operational safety, and process knowledge.
• Understanding of regulations regarding working environment, safety, and environment.
• Experience working with analysis and follow-up.
• Good IT skills.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• You have a structured approach to work, focus on order and cleanliness, and thrive in an operational role.
