RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with other employees in the External Administration, you will ensure that Byggebo's external and some internal stock is maintained with care. Preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as rounds, will also be carried out on our properties.

Working hours are during the day with snow readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good knowledge of property maintenance
• Category B driver's license
• Extensive experience driving and handling smaller loaders/skid steer loaders and other ground care machinery
• Good knowledge of gardening and landscaping
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Proficient in computer skills, as we work in the maintenance system Vitec.

Salary: Monthly salary.

Duration: Permanent, start: We apply a probationary period of 6 months.
