You will join an automotive design environment where UX, UI, and engineering come together to shape the next generation of in-car experiences. The focus is on designing and refining intuitive interfaces for central displays and mobile applications, while also contributing to future-forward solutions for lighting systems. In this role, you will turn complex technical and user needs into clear, engaging interactions grounded in visual ergonomics, user behavior, and real feedback. • You will design and optimize user interfaces for automotive systems, including central displays and mobile applications.
• You will create interactive prototypes that help explore and communicate new UX concepts and interaction patterns.
• You will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to align user needs with technical and business goals.
• You will analyze user feedback and UX studies to improve in-car experiences and make interactions more intuitive.
• You will help ensure consistency across interfaces and produce clear design specifications for development teams.
• You will contribute to design work related to lighting concepts and support the translation of ideas into feasible, manufacturable solutions.
• You will help evolve design practices by staying current with UX/UI methods, tools, and visual design trends.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in design with a focus on UX and visual ergonomics.
• 5+ years of professional experience in automotive design or closely related fields such as consumer or architecture, together with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience designing for touch-based platforms such as mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including iconography, screen layouts, and system interactions.
• Experience working with real user feedback and conducting UX analysis and studies.
• Understanding of user behavior in automotive or similarly constrained environments.
• Experience collaborating with both designers and engineers throughout the full design process.
• Experience translating light concepts into feasible, manufacturable solutions together with suppliers and engineering.
• High proficiency in Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong visual design fundamentals across typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work across different application environments and form factors, and to communicate complex concepts through UI screens, videos, and prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
